President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Professor Ibrahim Abikan Abdulqadir, a Lecturer in the Department of Islamic Law at the University of Ilorin, as the Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS).
