“Work for me , after 5 years I will settle you and you start your business or travel “ That’s what they told me and I believed .
After 5 years I saw nothing , I was instead accused of mismanaging funds , I left the compound without anything .
This happens on a daily, people work this hard and end up not paid . There is someone now that has been working for months without pay, there is someone that has worked for 10 years and when it was time to pay them , they framed them up and said they stole money.
Times have changed , people are no longer honest , if you are working for anyone please collect your salary weekly or monthly.
And to the bosses out there , the people you are holding their salary have family and kids ,that’s why they worked really hard. Please pay their money. It’s evil to enjoy the fruits of another persons hard work
